A
Deficient Glucose-6-phosphatase (final step in gluconeogenesis/glycogenolysis)
- Fasting hypoglycemia
- Hyperlipidemia
- Hyperurecemia
- Increased hepatic glycogen
- Increased blood lactate
- Hepatomegaly
Tx: Avoid fructose and galactose

  • Elevated LFTs
  • FTT
