Administration
Sublingual
Hold pump spray vertically with the valve head uppermost. Place as close to the mouth as possible and spray under the tongue. Close mouth after each dose.

Angina
suspected myocardial infarction (MI)
SBP. > 110mm Hg

Transient Hypo-tension
Flushing

SBP < 110mmhg
K.S.A.R.
Viagra or other type 5 inhibitors used within the past 24hrs

Caution mi
If the pump is new or it has not been used for a week or more the first spray should be released into the air.
