Anaphylaxis or allergic reaction

Dosage
Mild allergic reaction - 4mg
Moderate/severe anaphylaxis - 10mg
Mild 6-11 years old 2 mg
Mild >12 years old 4 mg
Moderate < 1 year old 0.25mg / kg
Moderate 1-5 years old 2.5mg
Moderate 6-11 years old 2mg
Severe 6-11 years old 5mg
Severe >12 years old 10mg
Side effects
Causes drowsiness and patients receiving it should not drive or operate heavy machine
Contra indications
K.S.A.R. (Known severe adverse reactions)
Hypersensitivity to chlorpheniramine or any component of the formulation, narrow-angle glaucoma, bladder neck obstruction, during acute asthmatic attacks, stenosing peptic ulcer, pyloroduodenal obstruction.
