Define: temperature
The measure of how hot something is

A form of energy produced by the movement of particles

The way in which warmer particles in a gas or liquid rises over cooler particles.

Heat being transferred through solids by passing from warm particles to cool particles.

Define: total internal reflection
When light coming from a optically dense medium enters a less optically dense medium and reflects instead of refracting because the angle of refraction is more than perpendicular to the normal. BLERGHHH
Define: reflection
The change of direction in light rays when it hits a certain medium, where the angle of incidence equals the angle of reflection.
Define: refraction
The bending of light caused by light slowing down when it enters mediums which are more optically dense.
