Abdominal migraine
Abdominal pain a/w pallor, headaches, anorexia, nausea, +/- vomiting
C.f periodic syndrome and cyclic vomiting syndrome

Symptoms of IBD
Anorexia/weight loss/lethargy/abdominal cramps/diarrhoea +/- blood/mucus/urgency and tenesmus (proctitis)/fever
