we can give antibiotics eg clindamycin, metronidazole and this can kill off healthy bacteria and leave c diff to cultivate and reproduce leading to c diff associated gastroenteritis which can be fatal

primary TI secondary tumpr T2 and then distant metastases

faecal occult blood - detects blood in poo- issue with this is can detect non human blood as well therefore false positive faecal immunochemical trst- detects human blood in poo
