Evans found 21 WCG in a 64 who want to go to university however they wanted to go for their families and not themselves illustrated the motivation which reflects WC feminine identities they also had a fear of debt so state hope all went to university is closer to home.

A

WCG can symbolic capital via boyfriend but this gets in the way of school work and lowers aspirations, girls lose interest in studying masculine jobs and aspire to settle down and have children and work locally in feminised jobs such as childcare or nursing.
