Ricotta Ravioli

Refers to the machine the pasta is made on; it is composed of strings similar to a guitar
Potato Gnocchi (VEG)
House-made potato gnocchi (7 oz) tossed with Pebble Creek king trumpet mushrooms (2 oz), toasted black peppercorn, and black truffle paste. Sprinkled with parmesan, chives, and chili breadcrumbs

Cavatelli (VEG)
House-made ricotta cavatelli tossed with our broccoli pesto, roasted broccolini, Mimolette cheese, and breadcrumbs

Mimolette Cheese
Hard French cheese, orange in color that is similar in flavor to gouda
Cavatelli
Small discs or short strips of pasta with opposite ends rolled together to form a hollow shape
Double Wagyu Cheeseburger
Two 4oz house-ground wagyu beef patties, cheddar, caramelized onion aioli, and house-made pickles served on a toasted brioche bun

A combination of seasoned steak trim, ribeye, and NY strip
Prime French Dip
Thinly shaved prime ribeye (5 0z) from River City Meats tossed in onion jus and covered in gruyere cheese served with horseradish cream on a house-made baguette with a side of onion broth

Onion Jus
A thin sauce made with onion and beef broth
Crab Cake Sandwich
A pan-seared house-made crabcake (5 0z) served with shredded lettuce, heirloom tomato, and tartar sauce on a toasted brioche with an additional side of tartar sauce

Faroe Island Salmon
Skin-on broiled Faroe Island Salmon filet (7 0z) served with roasted asparagus, endive, parsley caper gremolata, and chives over a citrus beurre blanc

Endive
An edible Mediterranean plant whose bitter leaves may be blanched and used in salads
Beurre Blanc (burr-blahnk)
A reduction sauce of wine vinegar and shallots, cooked with butter and cream and beaten until thick and foamy. “White wine butter sauce.”
Gremolata
capers, anchovy, garlic, red wine vinegar, and lemon mixed in the robot coupe. Then, we fold in parsley, chives, and dill. A vibrant green, chunky salsa
Broiled Swordfish
Broiled swordfish (7oz) that is sliced and served over creamy sweet corn risotto, topped with chili oil and cilantro pesto, and finished with spring onion and breadcrumbs

Norwegian Trout
Broiled Norwegian Trout (7 oz) served over Israeli couscous, crispy marble potatoes, and a jalapeno vinaigrette that is finished with fresh peaches, basil, and cilantro

Black Cod
Pan-seared and oven-finished Black Cod (7 oz) served over creamy yellow polenta, topped with sun gold tomato salsa verde, radish, basil, chives, and parsley.

Dry Aged NY Strip
USDA Prime NY Strip (16oz). Sourced from Meats by Linz. Leaner than ribeye, but still tender and very flavorful. Aged for 36-45 days. It is seasoned and seared in butter to give the steak a nice seared crust.

Hanger Steak and Frites
Wagyu Hanger Steak (8 oz). Sourced from Snake River Farms. The Hanger Steak (the lower belly of the cow) is a coarse-grained cut, rich with beefy flavor. It is important to cut against the large grain.

Prime NY Strip
USDA Prime NY Strip (16 0z). Sourced from National Beef Prime. Less marbling and fat content than a Ribeye, but still has a rich and beefy flavor. It is seasoned and seared in butter to give the steak a nice seared crust

Ribeye
USDA Prime Ribeye Steak (16 0z). Sourced from National Beef Prime. Flavorful, packed with marbling, and includes a large fat cap.

Filet Mignon
Wagyu Tenderloin Steak (8 oz). Sourced from Snake River Farms. Despite being on the leaner side, the beef remains tender no matter what.

Gem Salad
Lil Gem Lettuce tossed with grapefruit, crispy prosciutto, pecorino cheese, garlic breadcrumbs, and Caesar dressing
Allergens: Dairy and Gluten (breadcrumbs may be removed but there is a CC with the crispy prosciutto that will need to be clarified tableside).
Wedge Salad
Small baby Iceberg heads tossed with cherry tomatoes, bacon breadcrumbs, cucumber, dill, and our house-made blue cheese dressing made with Hook’s blue cheese

Bibb Salad
Bibb lettuce tossed with roasted beets, fresh strawberries, fennel, cilantro, parmesan cheese, house-made pistachio dukkah, and buttermilk vinaigrette (ranch).
Allergens: Dairy and Nuts (can remove the nut allergen with removal of pistachio dukkah)
Shrimp Chowder Soup
Roasted corn, bacon, carrot, cilantro, and chives. We top it with an Old Bay and cheddar biscuit and put in the oven until it’s golden brown.

Wagyu Meatballs
Six house-made meatballs sitting atop a creamy whipped ricotta and tomato sauce, finished with parmesan and chives. Served with focaccia.

Shrimp Scampi
Five pieces of Oishii Shrimp cooked in our scampi butter with Calabrian chilies, and finished with fresh parsley. Served with two pieces of our house-made toasted ciabatta

Baked Crab Cake
Two (3 oz) house-made seared crab cakes served with our Old Bay garlic aioli and greens from Planted in Detroit
