A

Do an ESR, with FBC U&E and LFT can do a temporal artery biopsy and start prednisolone 40-60mg orally start to reduce after 7 days. Give bone protection and PPI plus alendronate, continue steroids for 7 days.

Headache unilateral, scalp tmederness with jaw claudication, short history, sudden blindness of one eye, unilateral weak pulses, morning stiffness. Associated with polymyalgima rheumatic a in 50%
