A

GET SMASHED

  • gallstones
  • ethanol
  • trauma
  • steroids
  • mumps (other viruses such as coxsackie B)
  • autoimmune (e.g. polyarteritis nodosa)
  • scorpion venom
  • Hypertriglyceridaemia, Hyperchylomicronaemia, Hypercalcaemia, Hypothermia
  • ERCP
  • Drugs (azathioprine, mesalazine*, didanosine, bendroflumethiazide, furosemide, pentamidine, steroids, sodium valproate)
