- 18,
- 20,
- 22,
- 24,
- 28,
- 32 and
- 34 weeks.

At least NINE antenatal appointments with HCP from core team. At least two of these appointments with specialist obstetrician.
1 - Combine appointments with scans when CRL (45 mm to 84 mm = 11 weeks 0 days to 13 weeks 6 days)
and then at estimated gestations of 2 - 16, 3 - 18, 4 - 20, 5 - 22, 6 - 24, 7 - 28, 8 - 32 and 9 - 34 weeks.
- Delivery:elective birth 36+0 weeks
- Beyond 38+0 weeks: risk of fetal death
uncomplicated DC DA twin antenatal appointments
At least EIGHT antenatal appointments with HCP from core team. At least two of these appointments with specialist obstetrician.
1 - Combine appointments with scans when CRL (45 mm to 84 mm = 11 weeks 0 days to 13 weeks 6 days)
and then with SCAN at estimated gestations of 3 - 20, 4 - 24, 5 - 28, 6 - 32 and 8 - 36 weeks.
additional appointments without scans at 16 and 34 weeks

- Beyond 38+0 weeks: risk of fetal death

20, 24, 28, 32 and 34 weeks
At least SEVEN antenatal appointments with HCP from core team. At least two of these appointments with specialist obstetrician.

and then with SCAN at estimated gestations of 2 - 20, 3 - 24, 4 - 28 5 - 32 and 6 - 34 weeks.
7 - additional appointment without a scan at 16 weeks.
