What happens during a earthquake
A
Sudden vibrations in earth crust
Plates colliding/sliding past lead to build up of pressure along fault line the sudden release of pressure creates an earthquake

A
The point beneath the surface where the earthquake happens

A
The point above the focus. the vibrations are strongest here, the further away you are the less damage occurs
