typhoon
Typhoon - a tropical cyclone that develops between 180 degrees and 100 degrees E in the northern hemisphere and which produces sustained hurricane-force winds of at least 119 km/h
tornado
Tornado - a violently rotating column of air touching the ground, usually attached to the base of a thunderstorm
tsunami
Tsunami - giant waves caused by earthquakes or volcanic eruptions under the sea
