- Keeping belongings out of others reach

What is a choropleth map?
A map that uses colours or shading to determine what the quantity of something is.
Why might maps be a good way to show data by area?
So people know what the quantity of something is in general.
Why did the London riots spread so quickly?
Many thought it was time for their democracy and liberty and as the word spread as well as being on the news, more young people wanted to get involved.
What is target hardening?
Use of strategies designed to make it harder for crimes to be committed. For examples, alarms, locks a security patrols.
What is making crime easier to notice?
CCTV, codes and sniffer dogs.
