A
Livy: Vestal gave birth to twins, had them thrown into the Tiber. She-wolf saves them and Faustulus (shepherd) raises them. Both want to build their city, Romulus chose Palatine hill, Remus the Aventine. Remus receives 6 vultures, Romulus 12. Romulus kills Remus who invaded his city.
