From the Greek words “Ge” or “Gaea” meaning earth.
What is Geography?
The study of the earth and its features and the distribution of life including human life and the effects of human activity.
What is physical geography?
The study of the earth and its attributes such as mountains, land, oceans. Where things are placed on the earth and the natural environment and processes of earth.
What is human geography?
The study of human presence and activities and impacts on the natural environment.

Cold climates
Natural environment and landform affect where people live

Overuse of resources leads to no more availability
