Wooded Pt with 20ft high rock extending upland to 1135ft, striped peak appears as an island when viewed from East or west
Freshwater bay
Just east of observatory point, is broad open bay
Angeles Pt.
Low, Sandy, and covered in alders. Elwha river outfall, 480ft microwave tower marker with aircraft warning lights.
Ediz hook
Low and narrow sand spit, 3nm long with USCG and PSP stations near the east end. Marked by a 50ft light shown from a skeleton tower, fog signal and 170ft CG VTS radar tower
Port Angeles harbor
A- Daishowa stacks and tank at west end
B- boat harbor on west end of south shore
C- city dock and ferry dock on south shore
D- city of port Angeles on south shore
E- stack and radio tower on south
Dungeness spit
East of port Angeles and boarders the west side of dungeness bay. Marked by new dungeness light. Measured mile is on the strait side of the spit with 075/255 true course

Bold, wooded and steep with a minument
Cape calver
Tower on church Pt
Race rocks
Bare low rocks from .5 to 1.5nm from Vancouver Is. Shore and seperated by race passage. A light and fog signal are on the largest rock of the group. The light is 118ft high with white and black horizontal stripes and a lighted bell buoy marks the SE rock of the group
Esquimalt harbor
Affords safe and ample anchorages and can be entered at anytime. Home of the Canadian Navy Pacific fleet
Victoria harbor
Land locked and well protected. Can accommodate large vessels
Clover Pt
ESE of Victoria Harbor is low and bare of trees
Trial island
Bare and rocky. From most directions the islands appear as one. The islands are marked by a 93ft light shown from a white circular tower. The south and larger island is 80ft high.
Discovery island
At the junction of haro strait and the strait of Juan de fuca. Marked by a 93ft light shown from a white circular tower and fog signal. The island is wooded and pandora hill near the SE tip is about 125ft high
