Dysmenorrhea
Painful menstruation which typically involves abdominal cramping.
Dyspareunia
Painful or difficult sexual intercourse.
Dysuria
Pain or burning with urination.
Ectopic Pregnancy
A pregnancy in which the fetus develops outside of the uterus, usually in the
fallopian tube. Ectopic pregnancies are dangerous due to risk of rupture and
usually require surgery
Increased Frequency
Urinating more often than usual.
Hematuria
Blood in urine.
Hysterectomy
Surgical removal of the uterus.
Impotence (Erectile Dysfunction)
The inability to achieve or maintain an erection long enough to engage in sexual
intercourse
Nocturia
Excessive urinating during the night.
Pelvic Inflammatory
Disease (PID)
Inflammation of the female genital tract.
Polyuria
Producing large volumes of urine.
Testicular Torsion
The twisting of the spermatic cord, cutting off blood supply to the testicles.
Urinary Incontinence
Unintentional loss of urine; inability to hold urine in the bladder.
Urinary Retention
The inability to urinate
Urgency
Sudden compelling urge to urinate.
