AID climb to and report reaching VFR on Top. No tops reported. If not on top by ALT maintain ALT and advise. ALT OTP CID Enter

Departure Clearance
1) Tell R side what you are about to do
2) Are they in Navaid limitation
3) Is there an arrival cleared in
4) Airspace and aircraft conflicts DON’T forget climbing descending aircraft
5) Conflicts with other departures who haven’t checked on
6) Issue clearance
7) Start track //Airport call sign
8) QQ ALT
9) Tell R side
10) DM when they check on
Primary Only Aircraft ( no transponder)
Call over the landline to verify the position and altitude; APREQ only only if in class A. If you need to realign data block on target TRK P CID
Non Radar Aircraft Going Into Other Sector
Ensure on Non- Radar routing, and if you give control of DATA block to the next facility you must coordinate over the landline that the DATA block is that aircraft
Handoff to the High Stratum Sectors
Don’t initiate until climbing through FL180
NORDO Aircraft
1) Reach out to previous sector
2) Reach out to sector that has guard ask them to try
3) Tell the supervisor
4) Put in remarks if Aircraft is receiver only or NORDO
5) Tell the receiving sector
Transferring sector handing you a conflict
It’s not your violation until they enter the airspace
Reach out and request a new altitude or route to separate aircraft
FL180
It’s not a seperation error unless there is traffic at 170
Resolve before they enter your airspace or immediately when noticed
HIJACK
1) Tell Supervisor
2) Ensure R side confirms they are intentionally squawking 7500
3) Inform the receiving facility
4) Monitor closely for altitude/ course changes
