Responsibilities of Sellers Agent and Buyers Agent
Seller’s Agent: Be honest with the buyer but responsible to the seller.
Buyer’s Agent: Be fair with the seller but responsible to the buyer.

Seller’s Agent: Collect amount sufficient to protect the seller.
