What comprises Cushing’s triad?
Slow/irregular respirations
Decreased HR
Elevated BP
What clinical findings typify a neuropathy?
Distal > proximal weakness
+/- sensory changes
What clinical findings typify muscular disease?
Proximal > distal weakness + decreased deep tendon reflexes
A dilated, unreactive pupil indicates compression of what structure?
3rd nerve
What does peripheral vertigo imply?
dysfunction of the labrynith or vestibular nerve
What does central vertigo imply?
dysfunction of the brainstem or temporal lobe
What differentiates central from peripheral vertigo?
No hearing loss, no tinnitus present
