A

Ovulatory disorders - endocrine, iatrogenic, PCOS, POF, anorexia
Tubal disease - iatrogenic, infections, congenital, endometriosis
Uterine abnormalities
Psychosexual problems

A

Pre-testicular (hormonal abnormalities) - anorexia, pituitary disease, thyroid disease, drugs
Testicular - varicoceles, trauma, chemo, drugs
Post-testicular (obstruction) - CF, sexual dysfunction, infection, vasectomy
