Satisfactory oxygenation & respiration
CVS stable - no unexplained irregularities, no persistent bleeding, pulse & BP acceptable, adequate peripheral perfusion
Pain, nausea & vomiting controlled
Normal temperature
Eaten, drunk, been to toilet
