What are the three main themes of Children (Scotland) Act 1995?

A

The welfare of the child is paramount.
No court or children’s hearing should make an order or supervision requirement unless it is in the child’s best interest.
The child’s views, taking appropriate account of age and understanding, should be taken into account where major decisions are made about his/her future.
