Q

How could longitudinal insights be used in this respect?

A
  • Reporting attitudes over a longer period of time in order to see if attitudes change positively or negatively the more you use the DRS
  • Short term behavior is easy to change, long term difficult. How do we make people keep using the DRS consistently over time?
