To fix it you marsupialize it by making a pouch to tuck it in and suture it up

Surgery is big time expensive , Not common

Won’t notice until it’s a big problem
Yorkies
Don’t grow bc they don’t ont process nutrients
Puppy Development
Eyes open at 2 weeks
Ears open at 3 weeks
Move around by 4 weeks
Interact with siblings at 4 weeks
5 weeks is NOT enough time to learn to be a dog
Puppies are born with some antibodies from placenta (momma)

Restraint: degree of dom/sub tendency (flip puppy on back)
Social Dominance : Degree of acceptance of dominance (touch top of shoulders)
Elevation Dominance: Hold puppy off the ground ; Degree of accepting dominance while they have Nemo control
Retrieving: Degree of willingness to do something for you, indicator for training
Touch Sensitivity : sensitivity to touch and training equipment required
Sound Sensitivity: Degree of response to a sound such as loud noises or thunderstorms
Sight Sensitivity: Degree of response to a moving object ; chasing bikes, kids, squirrels
Stability: Degree of Startle response to a strange object
