A

The Truelove and Witts criteria.

  • Motions/day (>6 is severe)
  • rectal bleeding (large is severe)
  • Temperature at 6am (>37.8 degrees is severe)
  • HR (>90bpm is severe)
  • Haemoglobin (<105g/L is severe)
  • ESR (>30mm/hour is severe)
