A

Serum Na+ <135mmol/L

Plasma Osmolality <270 mOsm/kg

Urine Osmolality <100m mOsm/kg

Urinary Na+ >20mmol/L

Absence of multi-organ failure or causative endocrinopathy

The patient must be euvolaemic and NOT be taking diuretics
