Aged 55 years and over with weight loss and one of - upper abdominal pain, reflux, or dyspepsia

Triple therapy: omeprazole 20mg bd 4/52 + amoxicillin 1g bd + clarithromycin 500mg bd 1/52

Metronidazole 400mg bd can be used instead of amoxicillin
