Signs of chronic liver disease

A
General inspection: 
jaundice, spider naevi, xanthelasma (PBC), oedema
Hands: 
palmar erythema, dupuytrens, leuconycia
Eyes: 
Kayser fleischer rings (wilsons)
Abdo: 
Dilated veins, stretch marks, ascites, splenomegaly, small or large liver, possible irregular liver edge

Signs of IBD

A
Inspection: low BMI, 
Mouth: aphthous ulcers
Eyes: clinical signs anaemia, uveitis/episcleritis
Hands: clubbing
Joints: arthopathy
Skin: erythema nodosum or gangrenosum
Abdo: scars, stoma.  If acutely unwell tender, peritonism, mass, fever etc
Anal: skin tags, fistulae
