➊ • Intestinal adenocarcinoma
‣ Common on lesser curvature of stomach
Diffuse adenocarcinoma
‣ Associated with Signet cells

Chronic H. pylori infection
→ • EBV infection
• Diet - Mainly food with nitrates or salt-based preservatives (Fresh fruit and vegetable are protective here)
• Smoking, Alcohol
• Autoimmune gastritis
• Inherited syndromes (rare)

A

• IDA
• Hx of new-onset Dyspepsia
• Early satiety (anorexia)
• Weight loss
• Progressive dysphagia
