Inferior to it, there is an opening called the Internal Uterine Os that separates the Uterine Cavity from the Cervical Canal

Then inferior to the Cervical Canal, there is a second opening called the Exterior Uterine Os

Total Hysterectomy - Removal of both the uterus and the cervix (leaving behind the vagina, uterine tubes, and the ovaries)

Radical Hysterectomy - Removal of all internal genitalia (Uterus, cervix, uterine tubes, ovaries, and vagina) leaving nothing behind

Suspensory Ligament of the ovary is simply Peritoneum wrapped around the Ovarian Vessels.

The Ovarian A. comes from the Aorta

NOTE: SUSPENSORY LIGAMENT OF THE OVARY IS NOT THE SAME AS THE LIGAMENT OF THE OVARY
