Inconsistency, positive functional signs, absence of signs of disease, eye movements (convergence spasm), tremor disappears when distracted, paralysis, fixed dystonia

Hoover’s sign - hip extension is weak when tested directly but normal hip extension when asked to flex oppisite hip
