State in which a crew member’s circadian biological clock is synchronized to the time zone where the crew member is.
A crew member is considered acclimatized to a +/- 2 hours time zone surrounding the local time at the point of departure
Crew member remains acclimatized to the local time of their référence time during 47hr 59min after reporting regardless of how many time zones have been crossed
Reference time

Night duty
Duty period encroaching any portion of the period between 02:00 and 04:59 in the time zone when the crew member is acclimatized
Duty period
Period which starts when a crew member is reporting for duty and ends when that persons is free of all duties including post flight duties

Total duty time
60 hours duty time in any 7 consecutive days
