Frontier HR Questions Flashcards
Why do you want to work at Frontier?
Frontier’s ULCC makes it available for everyone especially people who couldn’t afford some other airlines. The idea of being able to help make someone’s first ever flight or maybe their only flight safely happen and an enjoyable experience makes me really excited for an opportunity to fly with Frontier. Being an ULCC carrier makes exploring the world possible for many more people. It also puts Frontier in a position to continue to grow and be sustainable no matter where the economy is. That security with the company I’m working for means I can grow my career with the same company for my entire airline career. I also like many of Frontier’s bases which add to the quality of life.
What do you know about Frontier?
Frontier is a ULCC based out of Colorado. Their slogan is Low Fares Done Right. Frontier has orders to more than double their fleet and I think is looking to increase their crew size for that reason. Currently have about 2,000 pilots based in Atlanta, Denver, Dallas, Orlando and a few other locations. I also love that in their goals they say their standards are environmentally focused and they will get you to your destination efficiently.

EMB120 training – struggling with the systems and v1 cuts; spent a lot of time outside of the classroom studying and understanding my flows which helped me to learn the systems a lot better.
