How to perform frictions?
A
- Increase circulation to the are with petrissage

- Reinforce thumbs or fingers

- Short friction like movements
- 30 seconds up to 15 minutes

- Pathologies of connective tissue and skin lesions
- Local infection
- Acute injury
- Bone disease
- NSAIDs
