Fresh water system and the water cycle Flashcards
Define what catchment area is?
Its the geographical area which all the water feeds into/ the drainage area
What are a few examples of interaction of freshwater and terrestrial systems?
For example nutrients, fish migrations, water, food, rain from a difference geographical area which can alter the catchment areas properties, water which falls into the lake
