Freedom of Religion
Government cannot specifically PUNISH or INTERFERE with religious beliefs, but can INCIDENTALLY BURDEN religious practices by general regulation of conduct.
Establishment Clause
Government discrimination against relgion or among religions must meet strict scrutiny.
Establishment Clause: Non-Discriminatory Regulation
Must meet Lemon Test: must serve secular purpose, primary effect must not advance or inhibit religion AND it must not create excessive governmental entanglements with religious administration or bureaucracy.
Financial Benefits to Religious Institutions
Government must remain neutral between religious and sexual private schools

Distinction between sponsorship of religious and accommodation of religious under equal access rule
