Advertising that solcits for an illegal activity or that is false or misleading is unprotected speech that can be prohibited

If there is an inherent risk of deceiving or misleading the public it can be forbidden.
Otherwise government regulation of truthful commercial advertising for lawful products/services will be upheld only if it meets intermediate scrutiny.
