Fried criteria for frailty

A
  1. wt loss: >4.5kg self reported or >5% recorded/yr
  2. Exhaustion- self reported 3-4/7
  3. Low energy expenditure- M: <383kcal/wk F: <270kcal/wk
  4. slowness- time to walk 15ft stratified for sex/height
  5. weakness- grip strength
