A
- wt loss: >4.5kg self reported or >5% recorded/yr
- Exhaustion- self reported 3-4/7
- Low energy expenditure- M: <383kcal/wk F: <270kcal/wk
- slowness- time to walk 15ft stratified for sex/height
- weakness- grip strength
