ensuring that the work environment is safe and non life threatening, high levels of trust between employees and management.
- the workplace is welcoming and supportive
- manager treats all employees fairly
Weaknesses of the theory?
- the drives don’t explain all individual characteristics
- involves competition between employeesm which can lack cooperation and lack communication.
