the ability to recognize our own responsibility to our surroundings (air, land, water, homes, vehicles, communities)

the ability to process and make decisions based on information (education, conversations, observations)
Occupational health
the ability to have personal fulfillment in our lives based on our career (after-school jobs, careers, military, stayat-home mom/dad)
Physical health
the ability to maintain the physiological characteristics of one’s body to complete daily tasks (strength, coordination, quality of sleep, body weight)
Social health
the ability to relate to and connect with other people (friends, family, co-workers, teammates, neighbors)
Spiritual health
the ability to be aware of something larger than ourselves (religion, meditation, belief systems)
