When teachers speak about a school and district’s position on an issue. Public employee speak about t and employer discipline them.

Academic Freedom. Even if the college professors have a lot of flexibility about what to teach, K-12 system don’t have this flexibility. If it is not directed otherwise, teachers have power to make decisions on their choice of teaching strategy
Transportation
States can provide and pay for the private students’ transportation for the best interest of the student.
Private school trips are for the interest of the school and violates laws.
Text Books and Equipment
Free lend to students grades from 7 to 12
Can parochial school receive money for textbooks.
No to the field trips, instructional materials an equipment but up to the sates for text books, texting and scoring.
Tuition Reimbursement and Tax Relief
Parents can receive money or tax breakdowns if the support is given to the students and 14th amendment’s equal protection clause if protected.
Religious classes on the school premises
They cant be released to a religious class in school. They can be released to a religious institution.
Religious prayers in graduation ceremonies.
It is acceptable. School officials cant require or involve in it. Students can chose not to participate or remain silent during the ceremonies. The ceremonies are optional and extra curriculum activity.
