How can a person who is belong to a protected class under the Title 7 of the civil rights pursue his rights?
1) Show that he is member of the protected society
2) job is given to another person who is not in the protected society even if the person has the qualifications.

Students need to have equalized support for the teams. Equity needs to be protected in facility access and opportunities given.

Age Discrimination Act
After age 40, teachers can’t be forced to retire. After 70, university faculty can be forced to retire.
Family and Medical Leave act
employee must work at least one year prior to the beginning of the leave. if it is less, and will be more the 20 percent of the working hours, employer can limit the leave. If it is unforeseeable, they can leave.
