WHAT INFLUENCES FP?
Many considerations, not just single doc.
Need decipher who influences that FP and what are those influences.
Influenced by int pressure->how we influence what going on out there, but also how int affairs affect our FP->sometimes internal issue will respond to FP, but sometimes it int pressure.
