States will never have same agenda->how priorities agendas, who’s more NB—>is this dangerous for n-s relations

Millennium Development Goal->set in 90’s to be achieved by 2005->cover wide range areas related human existence->generally related to person/society as group
Sustainable Development Goal-> overlap MDG->move away just welfare of person, + towards welfare env + pers->similar goals, but enhanced and extended->shows evolution of aid
