Q

Flexor Digitorum Superficialis

A

Origin:
Humeral head: Medial epicondyle of the humerus via the common flexor tendon and the coronoid process of the ulna
Radial head: proximal ½ of the anterior shaft of the radius (just distal to the radial tuberosity)

Insertion: Anterior surfaces of fingers 2-5; each of the four tendons divides into slips that attach onto the sides of the anterior surface of the middle phalanx
