Fracture to middle of radius and ulna.

Monteggia Fracture
Fracture of proximal third of ulna with concurrent dislocation of radial head.
Radial Head Fracture
Fracture to radial head with pain on pronation and supination.
Olecranon Fracture
Fracture through olecranon process of ulna.
Supracondylar Fracture
Fracture of distal humerus extending across both medial and lateral condyles.
Elbow dislocation
Radius and ulna move out of place, relative to the humerus.

Neoplastic growth of tissue on bone.

AP 20 degree external oblique elbow. *
Lat elbow.
Alternative:
* 20 degree tube angulation AP elbow.
