A: wrist flexion, radial deviation (abduction)

A: wrist flexion

Flexor digitorum superficialis
O: numeral head, radial head, ulnar head, olecranon, below the radial tuberosity.
I: middle phalanges of the 2-5 digits.
A: 2-5 finger flexion, wrist flexion.
N: median nerve.
Flexor digitorum profundus
O: ulnar (3 5ths up) and the interosseous membrane
I: distal phalanges of the 2-5 fingers
A: finger flexion and wrist flexion
N: interossues branch of the median and ulnar nerve

O: lateral epicondyle (by common tendon)
I: base of the 5th metacarpal
A: wrist extension and ulnar deviation (adduction)
N: radial nerve
Extensor carpi radialis breves
O: lateral epicondyle (by common tendon)
I: Base of the third
A: wrist extension and wrist abduction
