Non-punitive, allows for member to investigate the possibility of them having a problem. They can not have gotten in trouble. You WILL not get in trouble. Self-referrals CAN remain confidential. XO, Medical, CDAR, SAPS team. We encourage self-referrals. Cannot wait until etoh incident.

Non-punitive, but cmd notices behaviors or cmd has concerns or shipmate has concerns. CMD can make member go to CDAR and Medical.

• Violated a law (state, federal, ucmj), Investigation will happen on every drug incident. We are still there to help a member.
• Etoh incident- Page 7s, DUI and DWI will be processed. You may NOT REFUSE A BREATHALYZER (ADMITTANCE OF GUILT)!
• 6 MONTHS IS HOW LONG YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO TAKE MEDICATIONS!
• 2 etoh incidents end a career, you CAN be processed out for one.
• Self referring is an ETOH INCIDENT.

3- No more than 3 max. 
NO MORE THAN 14 IN A WEEK!
